Learn the basics of Hybrid Picking

In this lesson we're looking at Hybrid Picking. This is where we use a pick to play some notes, and the second and third fingers on our right hand to play others. Usually we use the pick on the lower strings and fingers on the higher ones, but this isn't a definitive rule.

Lesson aims

  1. Get used to using your fingers with the pick

  2. Use both your second and third fingers with this technique

  3. Try using this technique on songs that you already know
