I'll show you two options with the chords, each chord should be played for one bar each
No capo - F major, Bb Major, D minor and C major
capo 5th fret - C major, F major, A minor and G major
The strumming is D . D . D U D U per chord. This goes perfectly with the chorus lyrics, so it's perfect for a summer sing along - hope you enjoy it!
