In this video

We learn a Cream era Clapton style 12 bar solo piece where we play rhythm and lead at the same time. This piece combines a look at lead guitar arpeggios alongside some classic hallmarks of Eric Claptons lead playing in this style of heavy blues.

Note the use of dominant 7th arpeggio notes in the lead parts, and how these change to match each chord.
