Main melody notes
The neck diagram below shows the first four notes in the C major scale and when put in a certain order, they create a melody.
We pluck these notes using the first finger:
Open 3rd string -> 3rd string 2nd fret -> Open 2nd string - > Finally, 2nd string 1st fret
