The following TAB includes two spider excises, one easy, one to progress on to. There are countless variations of these, however these are the core two that most people can do right away.
This is a more complex version of the easy finger stretching warm up exercise from my beginners course, and it's the most effective finger warm up that's also super simple to do.
Interactive TAB - Finger Warm Ups
Your focus should move between each of the following things in this order each time you play;
Playing each note correctly slowly with no note mistakes
Getting an even picking sound, and use alternate picking for maximum benefit
Having no space between the notes (aka having better hand sync between left and right hand)
The first two should go without saying at this stage. The third point should take up most of your time once you can play this relatively easily. Speed and accuracy come when your hands are in sync, this occurs when there is no gap during this exercise (no silence and notes ringing out well all the time)
